Brickwork begins to fail when water entrainment (saturation) occurs within the wall system. Roof leaks, poor mortar mix, wind, air and other causes eventually breaks down the dense exterior face of the brick or the mortar joints between the brick. Obvious indications for brick repairs would be spalling brick (where the faces of the brick have begun to fall away or "shale"), damp or dark areas on the wall area, water intrusion into a unit etc. There are numerous causes and resolutions to brick repair problems i.e. brick replacement, tuck-pointing, water repellent applications, coaling, cladding etc. We have the exact specifications that your building requires in even quotation, along with the estimated quantity of work to be performed.
